Eligibility

The Autoblow Vaginal Beauty Contest (“Photo Contest”) is open to all women who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

The Photo Contest is sponsored by Advanced Ventures LTD, Drake Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, BVI (“Sponsor”).

Entry Period

The Photo Contest begins at 12:00am EST on December 1st, 2016 and ends at 12:00am EST on May 1st, 2017 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify contest ending date.

What to Enter

To ensure eligibility for the contest all entries must have a resolution of 6 million pixels or greater (6 megapixels) to be made available upon request.  All photographs should accurately reflect the subject matter. Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (removal of dust, cropping, reasonable adjustments to exposure, color and contrast, etc.) will be disqualified. Entries may originate in any format — including, but not limited to digital files, digital prints, color transparencies, color prints, or black and white prints — so long as they are submitted electronically in a .jpeg, .jpg or .gif format.  All photo entries must show, within the photograph, both the female genitalia of the entrant and piece of paper on which it is typed or handwritten “#AutoblowVaginalBeautyContest”. All photo submissions submitted without this paper will be disqualified. Very Intelligent Ecommerce Inc. shall determine entry eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion.

How to Enter

All images must be submitted though our photo submission website www.vaginacontest.com. The submission must include all required fields, including name, email and other information about your photo submission. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entry into the contest for any reason.

Digital images that are sent via mail or email will not be accepted. 

Sponsor reserves the right to reject any additional entries or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. You cannot win a prize unless you comply with all requirements in these Official Rules. Entrants may be asked to further confirm eligibility anytime on or after December 1st, 2016.

Judging

The Public will evaluate and vote on all valid entries on www.vaginacontest.com. The 3 photo submissions earning the highest scores (weighted for number of votes) during the contest period will be declared the winners. Sponsor may choose, at its discretion, to declare and choose additional contest entrants as honorable mentions. All judging decisions are final. Please do not contact us about the status of entries or judging. Sponsor will notify the winners via the contact information provided at the time of entry. 

Rights & Responsibilities of Winners & Entrants

1. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, including proof of age, 2 forms of identification, and liability/publicity release within 5 days of the contest’s end. If a potential winner fails to return these documents on time, an alternate potential winner may be selected in her place by The Sponsor.
2. All winners must agree to allow The Sponsor to obtain a 3d scan of their genitals. Winners must be completely nude from the waist down in order for The Sponsor to obtain a 3d scan. The Sponsor will use its best efforts to quickly obtain a usable scan. Winners agree to assist The Sponsor during the 3d scanning process to obtain a usable scan.
3. By submitting your photo or photos to this contest, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your photo or photos in Sponsor’s marketing materials in perpetuity. Entrants to this contest will not receive remuneration for their submissions.
4. All winners must agree to sign a release allowing The Sponsor to use the 3d scan taken during the 3d scanning process to re-create the external appearance of her vagina on any of the Sponsor’s existing and future products. The Sponsor will not pay an ongoing royalty to the winners for the use of their photos or 3d scans obtained from their genitals. Winners agree to accept a one time payment for the use of their likeness on the Sponsor’s adult products and in the Sponsor’s marketing materials.
4. Winners may choose to remain anonymous to the public, but their identities will be known to The Sponsor. Sponsor will agree, if asked by the winner or winners, to not disclose their identities to the public.
5. Winners must remove all pubic hair prior to the 3d scan.
6. The Sponsor may make audio and video recordings of the 3d scanning process. The Winners will have the option to have their faces and or voices obscured in the photos and/or videos released to the public.
7. If you submit a photograph to enter the Photo Contest, you grant Very Intelligent Ecommerce Inc. a royalty-free, nonexclusive right during and after the Photo Contest to:

• Display the photograph on the Photo Contest submission website www.vaginacontest.com
• Display the photograph on Twitter and any other social media website or application
• Allow third-parties to share the photograph on any and all websites including social media websites
• Use the photo in marketing campaigns both online and offline

Whether your photo submission is formally honored by the competition as a winner or is voted on by the public and not honored by the competition, you grant The Sponsor a royalty-free, nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to:

• Use the photograph on the Internet and in Social Media
• Use the photograph on The Sponsor’s internal and external communications materials including but not limited to web sites and web publications, advertising, and multimedia
• Use, in connection with the Photo Contest, your first name, city, state and country of residence in promotions and other publications
• Retain a digital copy of your photograph in perpetuity

7. The 3 winners must agree to meet the Sponsor in Los Angeles, California. Winners will be flown to Los Angeles (or otherwise transported if winners live in the Los Angeles area) to undergo vaginal 3d scanning. Winners must meet Sponsor on the dates specified by the Sponsor or the prize may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Spending money, transfers, meals (other than as specified), transport to and from departure point, travel documentation (such as passports and visas), insurance, items of a personal nature, and all other expenses are not included and are the responsibility of each winner. Frequent flier points may not form part of the prize. Winners will be required to present a valid credit card at the time of check-in at hotel accommodation.

Prizes

The Sponsor will award the following prizes within 7 days AFTER usable 3d scans of winners vaginas are obtained by The Sponsor.
One (1) Overall grand prize winner will receive:

• A check for $500
• Round trip airfare to Los Angeles and one (1) night in a hotel in Los Angeles of The Sponsor’s choosing. Winner must provide a credit card for a security guarantee to the hotel upon checkin.
• If winner is located within driving distance from Los Angeles, The Sponsor shall reimburse up to $150 of travel costs to reach the location where the 3d scanning will take place.

One (1) Overall runner-up winner will receive:

• A check for $300
• Round trip airfare to Los Angeles and one (1) night in a hotel in Los Angeles of The Sponsor’s choosing. Winner must provide a credit card for a security guarantee to the hotel upon checkin.
• If winner is located within driving distance from Los Angeles, The Sponsor shall reimburse up to $150 of travel costs to reach the location where the 3d scanning will take place.

One (1) Overall second runner-up winner will receive:

• A check for $200
• Round trip airfare to Los Angeles and one (1) night in a hotel in Los Angeles of The Sponsor’s choosing. Winner must provide a credit card for a security guarantee to the hotel upon checkin.
• If winner is located within driving distance from Los Angeles, The Sponsor shall reimburse up to $150 of travel costs to reach the location where the 3d scanning will take place.

All winners are responsible for paying any income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Photo Contest is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Photo Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Photo Contest; or (b) award the prize(s) from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Photo Contest, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Photo Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Photo Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Photo Contest; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late or undelivered mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Photo Contest; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You waive the right to claim any attorneys fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

E-Supporter

When you enter, you will automatically become an e-supporter of The Contest. This includes special event invitations, digital messages and newsletters. You may cancel and unsubscribe at any time.

Privacy and Publicity

Any information you submit as part of the Photo Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The information you provide when you enter is provided to Sponsor. Except where prohibited, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name and photo in any list of winners (if applicable) and for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes

You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Photo Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Chicago, IL. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Photo Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois.

Data Privacy

Entrants agree that personal data, especially first name and email address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by the Sponsor in order to verify the participant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. Personal data will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
